Fractured Face by Paddington-Owl Fractured Face by Paddington-Owl
Wandering through the British Museum was amazing and a fabulous opportunity to showcase the wonders held inside.

I was proud to say, that Diego, (my boyfriend) was awed by the sights of London, especially the Museum which I saved for last.

This sculpture out the front of the building, has always caught my attention, but I noticed standing beside it, that it bears resemblance to Diego....

This must have been added in the last couple of years and it's great to see, that way, I hope they'll keep it till December when I'm going back home to visit for x-mas (Blackpool) I'll stay a few days in London and take a tour around the BM again.
:woohoo:

I think I have addiction for going around there! New things are being added all the time.

The last time I was there, it said on a card, that Ron Mueck's Mask II, a sleeping Self-Portrait,was displayed at The Andy Warhol Museum in Pittsburgh earlier last year and apparently, it is going to another American Museum sometime this year. It has been here in the Museum for almost a year, (I think...)I hope they keep it until Christmas. Fingers crossed!
